Thank you for shopping with ITCare Computers . Your satisfaction is our top priority. We strictly follow the consumer protection laws and return policies applicable in the State of Kuwait to ensure a transparent, secure, and fair process for all customers.

 


Important Return & Refund Conditions – Please Read Carefully

 

As per Kuwait's return regulations, please note the following:

  • You are entitled to a return or refund within 14 days from the date of delivery — but ONLY if the product is completely sealed and unopened.

  • If the packaging is opened, seal removed, or the product has been powered on or used in any way — we will not accept the return under any condition.

  • A return or replacement is only accepted for damaged or defective products upon inspection and approval by our technical team.

 


Eligibility for Return or Refund

 

You are eligible for a return or refund if all the following conditions are met:

  1. The return request is made within 14 calendar days of receiving the product.

  2. The product is sealed and in its original packaging, without any tampering or usage.

  3. The original invoice and receipt must be provided.

  4. In case of a damaged or faulty product, it must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, and you must not continue using the product.

 


Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

 

The following are strictly non-returnable:

  • Products with opened seals or packaging (even partially).

  • Items that show signs of use or installation.

  • Consumables (like inks, toners, paper) once opened or used.

  • Digital products, software, or downloadable content.

  • Printers, heat press machines, or electronics that are opened, powered on, or setup.

 


Process for Reporting Damaged or Defective Products

 

  1. Report within 48 hours of delivery to our Customer Support.

  2. Provide photos/videos of the defect for initial verification.

  3. Our technician may inspect the unit in person or request the product to be sent to our service center.

  4. If the issue is confirmed as a manufacturer defect, we will:

    • Replace the item, or

    • Refund the amount using the original payment method (as applicable).

 

 Note: Customer misuse or mishandling is not covered under this policy.

 


Return Procedure

 

If the return is approved:

  • You will receive detailed instructions on how to return the product.

  • All returned products must be in the original box with complete accessories, manuals, and packaging.

  • Shipping or pickup charges (if applicable) will be communicated in advance.

 


Refund Process

 

  • Refunds are issued only after inspection and approval.

  • Refunds will be made via the original payment method.

  • Refunds may take 3–7 business days to reflect, depending on your bank/payment provider.

 


Exchange Policy (if applicable)

 

We may offer an exchange in special cases like:

  • Product recalls

  • Confirmed manufacturer defects

Each case will be reviewed on an individual basis.

 


Change of Mind

 

We do not offer refunds for change of mind or if you no longer want the product after purchase.

However, if the product is completely sealed, you may be eligible for a return within 14 days.



Fees:

 

Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and the return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer.
